Most orders are fulfilled within a few hours. However, large or special orders may require additional time. Once your order is ready, you will receive a call or email from our store to confirm pickup or delivery details.

• Pickup: Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Large or special orders may need additional time.
• Iron doors and slabs: loading ends at 4:30 p.m.
• Slabs cannot be loaded in wet conditions.

Check availability at checkout. Standard service covers a 50-mile radius.

• Scheduling: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Ask your store about same-day availability.
• Your store coordinates delivery and will contact you to coordinate a convient delivery time and date.

Delivery pricing: $149.99 An additional charge may apply on orders exceeding a 50-mile radius or requiring more than 2 delivery drivers. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Rates appear at checkout. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days; heavy or oversized items may take longer and incur additional fees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our Nationwide Shipping team that will include your tracking information.

Seconds and Surplus takes commercially reasonable precautions to ensure all shipped products are adequately packaged and protected. Occasional damages in transit do happen. Please refer to our Delivery Inspection and Damage Claim Policy for shipment inspection guidelines and damage reporting procedures. Failure to adhere to the Delivery Inspection and Damage Claim Policy may limit the remedies available to a customer in the event of transit-related damage. Seconds and Surplus will not be responsible for loss of use or incidental expenses related to delayed or damaged deliveries.
