Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Refunds

Refunds require the original sales receipt and are given within 90 days of purchase of merchandise. If the return exceeds $200, we’ll send you a check from our corporate office. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for damaged items, clearance items, cut goods (such as carpet, vinyl, etc.), or Spend Less Express items.

 

Out-Of-The-Box Returns

Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 20% reduction in the refund amount. Items must be in otherwise good condition. The original sales receipt is required.

 

Shipping and Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Damaged or missing products will not be accepted by Seconds and Surplus.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nrivas@secondsandsurplus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
